SESSION HOST – Naomi Scroggins

The sessions will be hosted by PR & Communications & Expert, Naomi Scroggins who has over 18 years experience of working within the beauty industry in the UK. For almost 16 years she headed up the L'Oréal Professional Products Division PR and Events team and was there when the influencer revolution started, working with the up-and-coming Tanya Burr.  More recently while a Board Director at TALK PR, Naomi worked on putting together influencer strategies for her clients including Hugo BOSS and Lacoste.  She now is a PR Consultant and founder of HEADONIC PR, which specialises in making PR accessible to hair professionals.

Mark Smith, Media Consultant

Mark Smith is the founder of The Spa Man and has been writing about beauty and male grooming for over 18 years. As one of the few male spa writers in the world, he visits around 30 spas each year across the globe and has been reviewing spas since 2007 for the likes of Tatler, The Daily Telegraph, Spa Secrets, Asia Spa, Men’s Fitness, and The Good Spa Guide.

He is currently Contributing Editor at European Spa Magazine and also works as a media consultant offering PR, marketing and social media support to beauty brands. Mark has been blogging since 2010, originally as Grooming Editor for after which he launched his own blog, The Spa Man. Launching in 2013 it provides a male take on the spa industry and includes spa reviews, opinion features and product reviews.

Simone Partner, Eltoria

Eltoria is a multi award winning Blog and YouTube channel who won Best Designed Blog and Outstanding Career Achievement at last year's Beauty Influencer Awards. Since winning she has become Sally UK's brand ambassador and has worked with many large name such as Guy Tang, Olly Murs, Louisa Johnson, and Kem Cetinay. She recently was a presenter on E4'S Vlogglebox and has since worked for the BBC.

Marie Louise Pumfrey,
Communications & Instagram Expert

Marie Louise has over 25 years of communications expertise working across television, radio, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, healthcare and corporate.  She runs her own communication agency MLPR, representing designer and lifestyle brands, and she has recently launched an Instagram marketing agency Social Paradise which specialises in building businesses, amplifying profiles and growing engagement.

Additionally, along with award winning journalist Jane Drucker, she runs The F Club -  a blog for women in their 40’s + focusing on fashion, beauty and women in business, and has her own instagram channel Marie Louise à la mode which focuses on fashion and her London lifestyle.

Davina Kumal,
PR & Influencer Programme Manager, iiaa

Davina joined the iiaa in 2015, as Influencer PR Executive she pioneered the Influencer Programme for the iiaa in 2016. Her work has increased the visibility and influencer advocacy of both the iiaa and its brands, Advanced Nutrition Programme, Environ and Jane Iredale, by many thousands of mentions across all social channels, helping to both educate and influence the general public in the benefits of skincare based around efficacy and integrity. Davina is a CEW Young Executive Member.

Prior to joining the iiaa, Davina gained experience at Anya Hindmarch, Women’s Health Magazine and Barzilay Associates providing PR, marketing and high profile events for a range of clients such as: Aston Martin, Blick Rothenberg, Classic Motor Cars, Coys of Kensington, Exclusively Events, Grange Hotels, HERO (Historic Endurance Rally Organisation) - Event at Isle Of Wight Panerai British Classic Week, Hotel De France, Jaguar, Maserati, Royal Navy & Royal Marines Charities (RNRMC), Stratstone and more.
